We do not offer  allergy free products, burnaway cakes, full fondant cakes, or flavors that are not listed on our menu

We do not offer refunds after an order is placed.  However, if your event is cancelled and you notify us prior to making your custom cake, your payment may be used as a credit for another cake within three months of your initial order. 

We are not liable for any damage that occurs after your order has been picked up. If we are responsible for any prior damage or mistakes, we will do everything in our power to remedy this in a timely manner. 

Each order is custom and hand made. You may provide a photo(s) for inspiration, but we will not duplicate the cake exactly.

Please note that there is a strict 15-minute window for pick up. After 15 minutes, we will leave.  No credit or refund will be issued, we placing your order, you are agreeing to this time frame.

Fancy Sugar cakes are extremely fragile,  we do nota offer shipping.  Cakes will stay completely fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days and up to 2 weeks in the freezer.
